Finances

1. Clear splitwise

3. Check all bank deposits
   • How do I maintain status in Chase?
     • Need 1500$ in checking account at all times
     • Decided to close the savings account
     • Need 1-2 transactions from checking account every year
   • Do I need the PNC account or should I close it?
     • Going to close the PNC account
4. Check annual bonus
5. Finish taxes
6. Atleast 3 months of bank statements/ Pay stubs
7. How to preserve credit in the US?
   • Downgrade credit card? Why pay 95$ a year?
8. 401k?
   • Both Nimble and Woven, I am gonna just keep it here to grow
9. Health Saving Account
   • Transfer funds out
   • Close the account

   • CMU should do this

1. What to do about electricity, trash and stuff like that
2. Sell everything
3. Make a list of items to sell (Talk to Bruce)
4. Get large heavy duty boxes from Home Depot and start packing
   • Ship things to India
5. What to do about your mail? Change address on everything?
